Congratulations to our president and founder, Sarah Bachwitz, on being recognized by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership as the April 2019 Spotlight Professional!

Sarah Bachwitz is the founder and president of Empower Camp, a new non-profit created to ignite young women's inner power, and she is the Women In Leadership honoree for May 2018 as selected by the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of NYS Women Inc.

Empower Camp was awarded first place at the annual Pitch 10 event hosted by the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County which provides us with the funding to provide need-based Camp scholarships. This event included 10 leading start-up organizations that are impacting communities across Western New York and we were honored to be selected as the winner of this prestigious event.
